- Alick is a left-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler.
- He was named to the West Indies squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in November 2017. Following his match that year, he was named the rising star of the squad by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
- Alick is the second batsman for the West Indies to score two centuries in a single tournament, finishing the leading run-scorer, with 418 runs in the competition.
- He was part of the Cricket West Indies B Team squad that was set to take part in the inaugural edition of the Global T20 Canada tournament in June 2018.
- On December 6, 2018, Alick played his first-class game for the Windward Islands at the 2018–19 Regional Four-Day Competition.
