    1. She was raised in Kota, Rajasthan in a family of Sikh heritage.
    2. Jasmin had vomited blood and went into a coma for 2 days after meeting with an accident while riding her bicycle when she still a child.
    3. It was her lifelong dream to become an actress and as a child, she even took part in various dramas. Besides that, she also indulged in various dance and sports activities.
    4. Prior to making her entry into the world of cinema, Bhasin had been working as a model for print and television advertisements.
    5. It was film director Krish who discovered her potential through an advertisement that he had seen of her.
    6. She made her debut theatrical film appearance in Vaanam, which was released in 2011.
