- She was raised in the house of her maternal grandparents in Pirojpur, where she had earned her secondary as well as higher secondary school certificates.
- Pori has disclosed that if she had to rate herself as an actress in 10, she would give herself a maximum of 2 as she has considered herself to be still learning. She has felt that every day she has had new tests. She has, however, believed that she has great potential in the field.
