- Due to the popularity of her Instagram posts, she was featured by the Mexican edition of the Playboy website under its Instagirls section. In 2017, the website also gave her the moniker of ‘Sara Orrego La Colombiana De Los Ojos Enigmaticos’ (The Colombian with Enigmatic Eyes).
